Description

We provide a personalised, flexible home support service to clients needing assistance to remain safely in their own home.
Ali’s Home Healthcare Ltd has a number of contracts with major corporate and government organisations, including ACC and the Ministry of Health. We also have a number of private clients who are ineligible for publicly funded care.
Our staff provide a range of support services to clients which include (but are not limited to): domestic assistance, personal care, shopping, meal preparation, sleep overs and district nursing services.

Access Criteria

Domestic Assistance (Home Help)                                   

Assistance with household tasks such as vacuuming, cleaning, bed making etc                                             

Those accepted by ACC as having an injury and requiring home support services or those assessed by a NASC as having a disability and requiring home support services.

Referral through ACC, a NASC (Lifelinks, PMH).

Private paying Clients

Personal Care

Assistance with personal tasks such as showering, dressing, personal grooming, toileting and feeding – palliative care

Sleep over

Overnight attendance on a person requiring occasional assistance where the support worker can sleep when not required.

Shopping Assistance

Assistance with shopping, either by carrying out the task or by attending a supermarket with the client and assisting.

Meal Preparation

Preparation of food and assistance to the client in preparing food
