Family & Community Services: Strengthening Families – Lead Agency Contract

To be a lead agent in working with whanau who are engaged in the  strengthening families process

Open to whanau with children in their care that have two or more agencies working with them 

Referral from Strengthening Families Co-ordinator. Whanau have to be referred (self or others) to the Strengthening Families process to be eligible for our service to be a lead agency
